Passionate cook and baker with years of experience in the kitchen both in Italy and Romania. Lived in Italy for 12 years, working in restaurants and high end facilities for most of those years. Moved to Finland in 2014, attended Edupoli school for language then the Hyria Institute, where I graduated from with a chef diploma in a la carte, catering, coffee shop, cashier and lunch. Worked afterwards in restaurants and school cafeterias in Helsinki, Klaukkala, Nurmijärvi and Rajamäki. In September 2017, alongside the restaurant work, I had a sole trader certificate under the name “Adriana's Cooking Bazaar”, where I did mostly catering, pastry and cakes on demand. In June 2018 I decided to embark on another challenge alongside my husband Laur and my son Alex: opening our own restaurant, managed as a family business. We wanted the restaurant theme to be centered around Romanian culture and traditions, as well as Italian. The restaurant opened officially on 14th of August 2018, and it's been operational since.
